If you fancy getting back £20 from the event then give me your name on the day of the event and join the cleanup crew at the end.
We are looking for 50 volunteers to help sweep the BB's from the buildings.
If you are interested then please remember to bring a broom and if you have a shovel as well then all the better.

Come on fellas were going to need all the help we can get with this, it wont take too long with enough of us there.
The cleanup will be essential if we are to ever hold such an event at Copehill again.

what time will the event finish fully to when we can begin clean up?
depending on my mate whos driving our gear i dont mind helping.
but my train from tisbury is at 3:55pm

I'll stay for a bit if I can, but it won't be down to me if I can or not. It'll be down to my mate who's driving. We've a ferry to catch back to NI, and it's from Stranraer!

Random point but i live in stranraer

would be willing to help but there is no way we could fit brooms in the car along with all out gear

Bring some dust pans and brushes if you can then, there easy to fit and will really help with the clean up.

i may well be able to bring spare brooms/ dust pans / shovels and any way you can do it with you bare hands if you need to!!!
