We're currently working on putting the DVD together from the weekend event (if I can dry my camera out). We've done other DVD's of Airsoft events (Stirling April 05 Selection Weekend and Blackhawk Down - both of which are still available)

We are looking for other peoples video tapes to help us pad the film out even longer.

I know some of you took your own footage - and we are happy to reimburse you for the copy of the tape (we'll send you a brand new blank tape if you send us a copy of your own tape)

If you can't copy the tape and your happy to send us the original, then we'll copy it for you and send you the original tape back)

how much will the DVD cost and when (very rough guess) do you think it will be ready

I think someone from our lot got a load of footage on saturday!! You might have seen him cos he had changed into a bright orange jacket lol!!

I'll try to answer the last 2 questions in this reply


How long will it take? - that depends on how many of you want to release your tapes to us

Syko - I'll leave a window of 1 week for people to see this posting and volunteer their copies of any video footage they took before we start editing the footage we've already received. All contributors will be acknowledged in the credits of the DVD for any footage used.

Although this DVD has not been sanctioned by Ian or any other menber of Town Assault II, we are working with Ian on how to distribute the final footage.

As I mentioned, we have done DVD's before of various Stirling events (Blackhawk Down and Selection) which are currently available (contact me for more details) but it does take time - like you, we all have regular day jobs

So, if ANYONE has any footage of the weekends event - and your happy to send us either a copy of the tape or the original - then we can start making the Town Assault II DVD
